The future is here and it holds your phone for you. How awesome is that? 

This model has a steady locking system, it's adjustable and you don't have to use any supports for printing! For instructions, check the assembly video.


 

Check the assembly instructions below:

Start with "Robot Claw Phone Holder_base".

Attach "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Lower_Arm_Long" on top of the base.

Next, insert "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Screw_3" between the two previous pieces.

Place "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Quick_Release_Clip_1" on top of "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Screw_3" and fold it until it applies pressure.

Attach "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Upper_Arm_Long" on top of "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Lower_Arm_Long" and secure them together using "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Screw_2".

Attach "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Quick_Release_Clip_2" and fold it until it applies pressure.

Attach "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Wrist" on top of "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Upper_Arm_Long" and secure both pieces using "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Screw_1".

Place "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Quick_Release_Clip_1" and fold it until it applies pressure.

Separately, attach "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Left_Finger" and "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Right_Finger" to the pins of "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Hand".

Next, place "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Middle_Finger" in the middle.

Then, attach "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Cover" and twist it until it locks.

Finally, attach this entire piece to "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Wrist".

Adjust the pressure and position using the clips. Adjust them as desired!

The smaller version follows the same assembly instructions, with the only change being the parts "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Lower_Arm" from "_Long" to "_Short" and "Robot Claw Phone Holder_Upper_Arm" from "_Long" to "_Short".

  • Recommended Infill (%): 10% (Gyroid)

  • Build Plate Adhesion: Skirt.
