3D PRINT FILE SETTINGS (FOR 0.4 MM NOZZLE)
- Line Width/ Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- First Layer Line Width: 0.48 mm / 120%
- Average Speed: 20mm/s (First Layer) / 50mm/s (All the other layers) (Ender like) | 20 mm/s (First Layer) / 250 mm/s (All the other layers on Bambu Lab)
- Recommended Initial Layer Height: 0.20 mm
- Recommended Layer Height: 0.20 mm
- Others: We use (Archimedean Chords) for finishing the top layers. In “Lens” files you will have to remove the top and bottom layers, change the infill to (Honeycomb Type), and apply 50% density.
- Recommended Perimeters/ Walls: 2.
- Recommended Infill (%): 03% (Grid).
- Needs Support: Yes, (Tree Type).
- Build Plate Adhesion: Yes. (Brim Type) except in “Lens” files.
- Others: For this model, we suggest you use a lighter slicing profile to prevent the “Mask” from becoming too heavy.
