3D PRINT SETTINGS (FOR 0.4 MM NOZZLE)
- Line Width/ Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- First Layer Line Width: 0.48 mm / 120%
- Average Speed: 20mm/s (First Layer) / 50mm/s (All the other layers) (Ender like) | 20 mm/s (First Layer) / 250 mm/s (All the other layers on Bambu Lab)
- Recommended Initial Layer Height: 0.12 mm
- Recommended Layer Height: 0.12 mm
- Recommended Perimeters/ Walls: 2 Walls except in “Base”, in “Base” files use 4 Walls for a better finish.
- Recommended Infill (%): 5% (Gyroid) except in “Base”, in “Base” files use 10% (Gyroid) for a better finish.
- Needs Support: No, but inspect the part and use a support if you don't have a profile calibrated for bridges mode.
- Build Plate Adhesion: Yes, use (Brim) only on parts with poor adhesion.
- Others: You can use a more optimized personal profile, but be sure to run an accuracy test for small parts.
